A spectacular representation of a German knight preparing for a jousting tournament, the Mini Pewter Knight with Shield features a knight wearing a suit of 15th-century jousting armour while holding a heater shield. Conveying this Germanic styling, the knight is wearing a horned great helm and a spike is protruding from his heavily plated left pauldron. These features are indicative of jousting armour due to the decorative appearance and reinforced left shoulder. His heater shield rests on the ground in front of him, being supported by both of his gauntlet-clad hands. Pewter is used to craft this figurine, providing a gleaming metallic finish.
