Shipping policy

We offer safe and reliable shipping on all of our items sent.

All items are processed, packed and dispatched as soon as possible. This is usually within 2-3 days but may take longer depending on the size and nature of the order. During our busy periods the production time may increase if we have a high volume of orders to fulfil so please do allow extra time if placing an order.

When your item is dispatched it normally takes 2-3 days for delivery in the UK and 5-7 days for delivery outside the UK, depending on you delivery location.

Any additional customisation to your order such as etching will increase the lead time on your order. This can be up to 2 weeks per job.

The majority of accessories, parts and toys are dispatched within a few days after placing your order and may be sent in a different parcel to swords, armour and other weapons.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct the first time around as re-posting items may be charged an additional fee.

For orders outside the UK we are unable to take responsibility for any international imports taxes or customs charges - this is set by your national government and is charged upon receiving goods in to your country. We do not collect tax on EU orders - international tax rate is set at 0% / GB tax rate is 20% (all included in prices on website).

If your order is international (outside the UK) and returned to us due to a refused delivery or non payment of customs taxes and duties then we will provide a refund minus our original shipping costs, the return shipping costs and packaging fees, which will be deducted from your refund when the parcel is returned to us. This is a set rate of £48.00 for all orders outside the UK. Alternatively we can resend the order out again but would require the shipping to be covered at your own cost.

All UK orders are sent from us here in the UK and do not have any customs fees at all.

Please note that it could take a total of up to 2-3 weeks for your order to reach you depending on the country you are ordering from, with additional time for customisation.
